Ingredients

3 tbsp – Pistas (chopped)

3 tbsp – kishmish

  • tbsp – badam (cut)

1 cup or 150 grams – Moong dal (washed)

1 cup Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee

1 tin (400gms) Nestlé MILKMAID

3 cups Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk

Recipe

Step 1: Clean the moong dal and soak it in water for half an hour. Then grind it to form a coarse mixture paste. Then take a pan and add Nestlé Everyday Shahi Ghee in it. Let it heat. Then fry the dal paste until it becomes golden brown on low flame.

Step 2: After this, start adding Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk in it. Stir the mixture continuously. Cook this on low flame till the milk starts drying up.

Step 3: Pour Nestlé MILKMAID and cook till it turns into a required thickness.

Step 4: Serve hot with chopped dried fruits.

Step 1: Take the carrots together add them in a pan. Add Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk in it and let it come to boil. Then cook it on low flame and stir it till the milk dries up.

Step 2: Start pouring Nestlé MILKMAID in it. Cook it and stir it. Let it dry.

Step 3: Now pour Nestlé Everyday Ghee in it and let it cook for 10 more minutes.

Step 4: Finally add all the chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
